Who is eligible for this discount?
Any active Momentum or Momentum Multiply medical aid member is eligible. Your membership is verified in real time via the official Momentum API, so only valid, active members can access the discount.
Does the discount apply to bundles?
No. The 20% member discount applies to individual products only. Product bundles are priced at their standard retail rate and are not included in the Multiply member benefit.
Do I need a discount code?
No discount code is needed. Once you are logged in to your verified member account, the 20% discount is automatically applied to all eligible products in your cart and at checkout.
How do I sign in after my account is created?
Simply click "Sign In to Your Member Account" and enter your email address. Shopify will send a secure 6-digit one-time code to your email — no password required. Enter the code and you are in.
What if my membership number is not recognised?
Double-check the number on your Momentum app or membership documents. If the problem persists, please contact us and we will assist you manually. It is possible your membership details need to be updated with Momentum first.
Can I use other discount codes on top of my member discount?
No. The 20% member discount is applied at the account level and cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes. It is designed to be your exclusive, guaranteed saving on every order.
